Deep cleaning

Do you suffer from impurities such as blackheads or milia? At Cryon, these are expertly and effectively removed. During the treatment, your skin is cleaned with a cleanser, followed by a deep cleansing in which impurities are cut with a small blade for easy removal. The treatment is concluded with a nourishing day or night cream. A peeling is usually recommended for impure skin, but it is also possible to have only a deep cleansing performed.

Who is this treatment suitable for?

This treatment is ideal for anyone with blemishes who does not want or cannot undergo a peel. For example, clients who use isotretinoin or who cannot avoid the sun will find this a safe and effective option. Our specialists will ensure that the treatment is tailored to your skin condition.

FAQs

Below you will find the most frequently asked questions about deep cleaning at Cryon:

Is cleansing impurities painful?

Most customers experience deep cleansing as not extremely painful, but also not completely painless. Inflamed spots in particular can cause some discomfort. Nevertheless, customers are often very happy with the result, because their skin is completely clean again and all impurities have been removed. As the saying goes: 'Those who want to be beautiful...'

What technique do you use to remove impurities?

We make a small incision in the impurity with a sterile blade. Then the contents are carefully removed with gloves on. We do not use comedone extractors or needles.

How long will cuts or scabs from deep cleaning remain visible?

Within 24 to 48 hours after the treatment, most skin is healed after a deep cleansing. For larger inflammations, it may take a little longer, usually several days, before everything is completely healed. If you undergo a peeling after the deep cleansing, the cleaned areas will heal faster.

Is it harmful to squeeze out impurities yourself?

We recommend not squeezing out impurities yourself, as our experience shows that this often does not produce the desired result. It can lead to inflammation or larger scabs. Did you know that we offer a Free Pimple Service? You can find more information about this in the question below.
