Medik8 Gentle Cleanse is a gentle foaming cleanser that gently removes make-up, impurities, pollution and sweat. Enriched with natural, hydrating glycerine and infused with rosemary, this cleanser protects the skin’s delicate moisture balance. The lightweight formula is extremely hydrating, leaving skin feeling refreshed, intensely hydrated and soft. Ideal for even the most sensitive skin.

Instructions for use

Morning

  1. Cleanse – Use a cleanser, rinse and pat dry.
  2. Serum – Apply a vitamin C or collagen serum.
  3. Eye Care – Gently pat in an eye cream.
  4. Day Cream – Hydrate and protect with a cream containing SPF.

Evening

  1. Cleanse – Remove makeup and cleanse your skin.
  2. Exfoliate (optional) – Use a scrub or exfoliant.
  3. Serum – Apply a retinol or peptide serum.
  4. Eye care – Apply an eye cream.
  5. Night Cream – Nourish and restore your skin.

Extra: Apply a mask 1-2 times a week for extra care.
